MEET THE FOUNDER
Taniya Luck began working with Ryder transportation in 2004 and really fell in love with the industry. She discovered that transportation was a huge economic indicator from Rail, Sea, Ground, and Water. At that point, she realized the importance of it, enjoyed the fast pace, and was enlightened by the opportunity of being an essential worker.

"My dad told me I needed a foundation after I got injured on the job. Previously, I was in and out of the country every month working. Ceva had layoffs and it changed everything. I applied for Amazon in 2018 and went on a trip to Cuba to think about my future plans.
February 2019, I received an email from Amazon there were over 7000 applicants were interviewed and I was selected, and ever since I have dedicated my career to growing inside the transportation industry. With this new journey with Trutech, it's know time to lead the new generation with knowledge and experience in last mile delivery."

Our Mission
Lead with Excellence
Trutech Logistics was founded to address the issues faced in our communities centered around economic empowerment, financial inclusion & homelessness. To date, we have employed over 400 employees. At Trutech Logistics we are a conduit for training adults in the careers of transportation.

We properly train for defensive driving techniques and provide grooming for real-world experiences. Trutech will be the bridge where you can further take your talents as contractors providing last-mile service.

Our Mission is to provide jobs/opportunities and be a supportive employer by providing training to enhance their careers and personal growth. Trutech delivers anywhere between 5 -8,000 packages daily from online shoppers. Trutech has been recognized by the County of Los Angeles, for being a self-sustaining small business, creating Jobs and Building Communities. Trutech Logistics has also received recognition from the National Association of Black Women, OC Chapter by being presented with the "Trail Blazer" Award.
